Orders with a value equal to or greater than 300 MDL (VAT included) benefit from free delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova.
For orders with a value less than 300 MDL (VAT included), a transportation cost of 50 MDL (VAT included) will be applied. The delivery cost is added to the price of the ordered products and will be displayed in the shopping cart, before placing the order.
Parcels will be appropriately packaged and sealed and will be accompanied by the related documents (invoice or receipt). Any notes about potential issues regarding the integrity/content of the parcel should be made at the time of parcel receipt by the Buyer.
We can also deliver parcels to an address different from that of the person who placed the order on the website. The delivery address, if different from the home address, will be specified by the client in the order form and will be accompanied by the name, surname, and phone number of the person who will receive the delivery at the given address.
How long does it take to deliver ordered products?
The delivery term varies between 1 and 2 working days, depending on the availability of the products or other external factors (weather conditions, legal holidays). The Aquapick team will do everything possible to ensure the waiting time for your order is as short as possible.
No deliveries are made on weekends or legal holidays.
Order modification or cancellation
The possibility to cancel or modify an order can be made through a notification sent to the email address contact@aquapick.md or by calling the phone number 022 999 038. Our Customer Support colleagues will do their best to modify or cancel your order.
Payment
Payment for orders purchased through the website www.aquapick.md can be made through the following methods:
Cash on delivery
Payment with cash is made in lei, in full, upon delivery, to the courier. At the time of payment, the customer will receive the fiscal receipt for the paid amount. The payment amount should match the one confirmed at the end of the order on the website, by phone or by email. All prices displayed on www.aquapick.md include VAT (a value-added tax of 20%, valid in the Republic of Moldova).

Returns
Products will be returned or replaced only in the new condition in which they were received (unused) in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and documents received at their delivery (product warranty and fiscal receipt), according to the Annex to Law No. 105 of 13-03-2003 on Consumer Protection.
The return will be refused if the products are not in a sellable condition.
